Zelma Keen, a retired bank teller from Berwyn, Illinois is the latest winner of an adjustable bed in Easy Rest’s Win-A-Bed Sweepstakes. “Oh my goodness, I’ve never won anything in my life before,” exclaimed Keen when she answered the phone call informing her that she was the winner. “This is something else. I can’t believe it,” she added excitedly.
Keen says she has lots of issues that her new bed will help her with. “I have cancer, asthma and back problems,” she said. “And sometimes my feet swell up real bad.” When asked about her sleep Keen shared that she did often have trouble sleeping at night. “Sometimes I only get a few hours of sleep at a time,” she sighed. “I don’t get a full night’s sleep very often anymore.”
She watched in wonderment as Easy Rest’s professional delivery team brought her new full sized adjustable bed into the house. “I don’t even remember entering the contest at all,” she said “and here you are bringing me this wonderful bed for free. Thank you so much. I really mean it, thank you from the bottom of my heart,” she added.
After sleeping in the bed for a few weeks Keen now raves about it to her friends and family. “I love it,” Keen stated. “I raise the head for my asthma and it helps me breathe better at night. It’s also helping me with my back,” she added.
“The bed is very comfortable and I’m really enjoying it. I’m sleeping better and I just love it. Watching TV in bed is so much more comfortable now that I can raise my head and feet. Sometimes I don’t even want to get out of it!”
