Home Delivery & Service Technician – Baltimore, MD

As a Home Delivery & Service Technician with Easy Rest, your job will be to deliver an exceptional experience to each and every customer. Our Home Delivery & Service Technicians not only deliver our exceptional product, they also provide our customers with quality service that includes assembly and demonstration of the Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep System. Our Home Delivery & Service Technicians also provide warranty services for our existing customers.

This position’s schedule is full-time. The number of hours worked depend on the number of deliveries scheduled. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes overnight stays.

The right candidate will bring a diverse skill set, take pride and dedication in their work and be customer focused. Previous delivery and driving experience may be helpful, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

•    Work as part of a Delivery Team.

•    Customer Service.

•    Operate a Company Vehicle.

•    Install or service our adjustable beds in our customer’s homes.

Qualifications:

•    Pre-employment Department of Transportation Physical and Drug Screen.

•    Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.(CDL License not required – Class C is acceptable.)

•    Must have a working knowledge of DOT requirements.

•    The ability to lift 100 pounds.

•    Must be at least 21 years old.

•    High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

•    The ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends.
