At EasyRest, we share simple tips on sleep, bedding, wellness and home living. We want you to feel just as comfortable here as you do in your own bed. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you visit www.easyrest.com, how we use it, when we share it and the choices you have.
Our articles are for general information only. By using this website, you agree to the practices in this policy.
We only collect what we need to run the site, answer your messages, send newsletters to people who sign up, and keep spam and bots away. This may include your name, email address, message, IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you visit.

If you reach out through a form or by email, we may collect your name, email address and message. We use this only to reply to you.
When You Join Our Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. Changed your mind? You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
When You Leave a Comment
If you leave a comment, we collect your name, email address, comment text and IP address. WordPress uses the IP address to help catch spam. If you choose, WordPress can save your name and email in a cookie so you don’t have to type them again next time.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Every page uses HTTPS encryption, and Cloudflare helps block bots and attacks.
No website can promise complete security, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
Roughly twenty U.S. states now have their own comprehensive privacy laws, each with its own applicability threshold based on revenue, traffic volume, or data-sale activity.
We extend the rights below to all U.S. residents as a matter of company policy, regardless of which state’s law technically reaches us. Where a specific state imposes a stricter or additional requirement, we’ve called it out separately below so the baseline doesn’t quietly fall short of the strictest applicable standard.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (the “CCPA”), gives California residents rights beyond the nationwide baseline above.
Note on applicability: This section is provided regardless of whether we’ve independently confirmed that the CCPA’s statutory thresholds apply to us.
How to Use Your Rights
It’s simple. Email Delaney@easyrest.com and tell us which right you want to use. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within the time the law in your area requires.
EasyRest is not made for children under 13. Some of our articles cover baby and child sleep, but we write them for parents and caregivers.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it quickly.
Some of our service providers, such as Cloudflare, may process data in the United States and other countries. These countries may have different data protection laws than where you live.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for these signals, so our site does not respond to them right now. You can still control cookies in your browser settings.
We may update this policy when our website, tools or legal duties change. When we do, we’ll change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
